We believe that ALL scripture is the inspired word of God.

2 Timothy 3:16 & 17

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: vs.17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

 

We believe that no one knows the day or the hour of Christ's return, but that we are to keep watch, be sober and look for the signs.

Matthew 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no not the angels in heaven, but my Father only.

 

We believe in the catching away ( the Rapture ) at "The Last Trump."

1 Corinthians 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

 

We believe the eternal security of the believer is conditional.

Hebrews 6:4-6 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, and have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, if they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing that they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put Him to an open shame.

We believe there is one mediator between God and man,

Jesus Christ.

1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

 

We believe the Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God,

who always existed with the Father and the Holy Spirit. Fully God and fully man, the sinless Lamb that was slain for the sins of the world.

 

We believe Jesus is the Sabbath and it doesn't matter what day you come together to worship Him.

Colossians 2:16 Let no man judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the Sabbath days:

ch2:17 Which are a shadow of things to come: but the body is of Christ.

 

We believe you must be Born Again with evidence of a changed heart and life to enter the kingdom of Heaven.

John 3:3 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 3:5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the spirit is spirit.

 

We believe in the Holy Trinity.

The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit

1 John 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word*, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

*John 1: 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

 

We believe in a literal Hell.

Mark 9:45 And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off; it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:

9:46 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire

is not quenched.

 

We believe in a literal Heaven.

Revelation 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

 

We believe there are diversity of gifts for today, but the same

Holy Spirit.

We believe God uses both men and women to fulfill His will whoever is the most willing. Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
